Neugart USA certified to quality management standard ISO 9001

Quality is a top priority at Neugart worldwide, including at the US subsidiary based in Charlotte, NC. For the implementation and proof of a new quality management system, Neugart USA Corp. has now been successfully certified to the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The prerequisite for this was extensive audits by the accredited inspection body DQS Inc.

A quality management system that satisfies ISO 9001 creates the basis for meeting the highest standards, for example, in terms of compliance with agreed error rates, delivery punctuality and service quality. In addition, with this official certification, companies that install and use gearboxes from Neugart can also fulfill corresponding verification obligations to their customers and comply with international regulatory requirements.

With the certification of Neugart USA Corp., all production sites of the Neugart Group are now ISO 9001 certified.
