New version of the NCP 5.0 sizing software – even closer to real-world applications

We are pleased to introduce version 5.0 of our Neugart Calculation Program (NCP) sizing software. This version focuses more on practical cycles, which can be imported from recorded system data. This allows for even more precise gearbox design and full utilization of the upper performance limit. Where applicable, this enables smaller sizes and thus cost savings for customers.

In addition, NCP 5.0 visualizes gearbox utilization via characteristic maps. User-friendliness has been further enhanced with new tools, such as those for determining positioning accuracy and lead/pitch, as well as an optimized gearbox filter.

NCP makes it easy to find the perfect gearbox-motor combination. This intuitive tool simplifies drive train dimensioning and is free of charge for customers. Our goal: to make cooperation with our customers as efficient and easy as possible.
