Strong dual leadership for the future: Neugart strengthens global sales organization

Neugart is strategically positioning its sales organization for the future: With Simon Zeller as Head of Sales and Sebastian Wieczorek in the new role of Head of Global Sales Development, a strong duo is leading the company's global sales strategy.

Together, they are pooling their experience and expertise to continue expanding market proximity, customer focus, and international growth.

This dual leadership is the next logical step in the further development of the sales organization, which has been strategically expanded in recent years under the leadership of Clemens Maurer as Head of Business Development.

The foundation for a more market-oriented sales structure was laid back in 2022 with the appointment of Simon Zeller as Sales Manager and the establishment of the Global Sales Development division. With the current setup, Neugart is consistently continuing along this path and specifically strengthening cooperation between international markets.

Simon Zeller is responsible for global direct and dealer business as well as the Sales Competence Center, which serves as a central unit to strengthen and further develop the sales organization worldwide.

Sebastian Wieczorek heads Global Sales Development and coordinates international sales activities and the further development of global market and customer strategies.
