Lennart Neugart (4th generation) is driving AI and digital transformation at Neugart

Neugart GmbH, a leading manufacturer of precision drive technology, is strengthening its strategic focus on digitalization by appointing Lennart Neugart as Assistant of the Management Board. In this new position, he will be responsible for developing and implementing a company-wide AI strategy and will play a key role in shaping the digital transformation process.

Previously, Lennart Neugart worked as a consultant for corporate transactions (M&A) at the strategy and transaction consulting firm EY Parthenon. In this role, he supported complex transactions from strategic planning to implementation. His core competencies include the detailed analysis and evaluation of companies (due diligence), business plans creation, and the use of artificial intelligence.

In his new role at Neugart, he will advise the management directly and coordinate all digitalisation initiatives. His key responsibilities will include designing a sustainable AI vision, leading internal AI committees and managing innovative projects to integrate intelligent technologies into all business areas. In doing so, he will act as a central interface between management, IT, specialist departments and external partners.

With his background in economics and international management, as well as his practical experience, Lennart Neugart is ideally qualified to strengthen Neugart's competitiveness in a sustainable way in the global environment.
