During the after sales period there are several reasons why a service request might be necessary. Circumstances of the application can change, functional analyses need to be conducted or spare parts might need to be delivered. Our aim is always to troubleshoot and make repairs as quickly as possible.

On the Neugart website you will find the Service Request form which you can easily fill out. This form prompts a service request and is processed immediately. The more accurate and detailed information you provide, the faster the processing will be.
