Information on the Covid-19 situation

Neugart is safeguarding its own operational capability by implementing and adhering to a wide range of measures.

In view of the continuing spread of the Corona virus and the associated increasing restrictions in the private and professional environments, we are more focused than ever on providing a smooth supply of products to our customers - you!

 

Neugart is safeguarding its own operational capability by implementing and adhering to a wide range of measures.

 

These include:

• Protective measures and hygiene regulations for all employees
• Ban on all business travel
• Personal contact with customers, suppliers and visitors limited to phone and e-mails only
• Postponement or cancellation of events and trade fairs
• Working from home, where feasible

 

We are also keeping in touch with our suppliers regarding their delivery capability, particularly in the event of possible production stoppages or company closures and alternative sources of supply, e.g. by means of in-house production. We are not currently experiencing any disruptions to the supply of parts.

 

However, in order to remain problem-free in all matters, we would very much appreciate if you could notify us immediately if our products cannot be delivered in the usual way, e.g. due to plant shutdown or changes to the operating hours of your receiving department. This will allow us both to avoid costly corrective measures, and we will be able to reschedule your orders promptly.
