Neugart Express Delivery

How can I use Neugart Express services?

1. Get in touch with your technical contact person. The fastest way is by phone! Don't know who your current contact person is?
Please call our central Neugart hotline +1 980 299-9800. There we will help you quickly and effectively. Important: Please have the information on the gearbox identification plate ready.

2. When customers have a machine down or are, otherwise, in dire straits, Neugart USA offers Express Shipment Services for their products. These services consist of:

• 24-hour Express Shipment: If the Purchase Order is received by 11:00 AM EST on a normal business day of operation for no more than 5 units AND all parts are readily available in the United States then gearbox can ship/depart our facility next business day.
• 48-hour Express Shipment: If the Purchase Order is received by 11:00 AM EST on a normal business day of operation for no more than 5 units AND all parts are readily available in the United States then gearbox can ship/depart our facility the day following the next business day.

3. To submit a Purchase Order for Express Shipment of an item a recent quotation for such must be present in Neugart USA’s system. To avoid any delays when requesting a quotation for an Express Shipment an e-mail must be submitted to sales@neugartusa.com with URGENT in the subject line. Plus either a clear picture of the Neugart label from the existing gearbox OR the complete part number from Neugart’s Tech Data Finder (TDF) program must be incorporated into the e-mail submission.

4. Once all information is received, Neugart USA will promptly provide a quotation denoting the item and the absolute earliest it can be shipped from our facility in Charlotte, NC. The quotation will also include any additional charges associated with expedited processing, assembly and packaging of the quoted product.
