Neugart affirmed as one of the best suppliers

For the fifth time consecutively, Neugart received the coveted Festo Supplier Elite Award. “We are delighted by Festo’s great recognition of our work,” said Bernd Neugart, Managing Partner of Neugart GmbH. “At the same time, however, we understand that this is not simply an incentive to continue down our path but to surpass the level of our achievements thus far.”

With this most recent Supplier Elite Award, Neugart joins an exclusive club of quality suppliers. To date, only a handful of suppliers – now including Neugart – have received Festo’s award at least five times. One of the reasons Neugart was recognized by Festo this year was because of their 100% delivery reliability as well as an exceptional PPM (parts per million) rate. Industrial customers demand a particularly low failure rate from their suppliers, which is then measured in PPM. Festo identified an impressive zero failure rate for Neugart products.

Festo and Neugart will continue to work closely together in the future, including on Festo’s efforts to place greater emphasis on the Chinese market. Neugart has already been active in China for 13 years, and, keeping in stride with Festo’s focused efforts, Neugart recently opened a new factory in Shenyang, China. “Our customers can expect the same quality of Neugart products regardless of where they are assembled,” said Bernd Neugart. “Our customers should expect nothing less.”
