Neugart USA Expands Direct Sales Force with New Regional Sales Managers

Building on its strategic shift to a direct sales and support model, Neugart USA is pleased to announce the addition of two new Regional Sales Managers, Luke Rein and Saaid Olmedo. This expansion strengthens Neugart’s commitment to delivering dedicated, localized support as the company transitions from external sales representative agencies to a dedicated outside sales force.

This change allows Neugart to bring sales and service functions in-house, providing a more integrated and personalized experience for customers across the United States.

Introducing the New Regional Sales Managers

Luke Rein, the new Regional Sales Manager for the northern Midwest, brings over 20 years of experience in the industrial automation field. With a deep expertise in precision servo gearing developed over the past seven years, Luke has a broad understanding of various automation technologies, including co-bots, robots, AGVs, conveyors, vision systems, and automated packaging machines. His passion for working on new projects and exploring cutting-edge technology will be a tremendous asset to Neugart’s customers.

Luke will be responsible for supporting customers in Wisconsin, Minnesota, Illinois, Nebraska, Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, Missouri, and Kentucky. Outside of work, Luke enjoys spending time with his wife, two boys, and extended family at Lake Noquebay in Northern Wisconsin.

Saaid Olmedo, previously a technical sales representative for Neugart USA, will now oversee the southern Midwest and southeastern regions of the United States, including Oklahoma, Arkansas, Tennessee, Texas, Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Louisiana, and Mississippi. Saaid’s background includes experience in the automotive industry, where he spent seven years working with Volkswagen. A bilingual speaker of Spanish and English, he has been with Neugart USA since 2023 and is known for his passion for cars and travel.

Saaid’s familiarity with Neugart’s products and his commitment to customer service will be pivotal in enhancing support for customers across his territory. Originally from Acapulco, Mexico, Saaid has spent most of his life in North Carolina and enjoys engaging with clients on a personal level.
