Neugart with a new management structure since the beginning of the year

Well positioned for the global future: With Swen Herrmann and Holger Obergföll, Neugart has two Chief Executive Officers who are not part of the owner family for the first time in the company's almost one hundred-year history. The reorganization of the company management at Neugart GmbH has been in effect since the beginning of 2024.

The new CEOs come from within the company: Swen Herrmann (44) has been with Neugart in various positions since 2013, most recently as Managing Director of Business Development. Holger Obergföll (50) joined the company in 2019 as Managing Director Supply Chain Management.

As part of the structural adjustment, the previous CEOs Bernd Neugart and Matthias Herr will in future act in their main function as owners and Managing Partners of Neugart Holding. Neugart Holding will thus increasingly create the conditions on an international level to ensure that the companies of the Neugart Group can continue to successfully assert themselves on the global markets in the face of digitalization and internationalization.
