General booking and participation conditions

Registration and confirmation

Reserve your place in the seminar by registering early. The number of participants is limited, and the registrations will be taken into consideration in the order in which they are received, and then confirmed in writing.
Registration must be in textual form, and takes place online using our training registration: NCP on the road, Neugart PlanetPowerDay, web-seminar.
However, in the event of overbooking, we will make every effort to offer you an appropriate alternative date. If you have any questions by phone, please do not hesitate to contact us Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the following telephone number +49 7825 847-2186.

Cancellation by Neugart GmbH

If an event is canceled, we are not obliged to organize another event.
We reserve the right to change the location and/or the timing of the event or cancellation 14 days prior to the event.

Cancellation or rebooking by the participant

Cancellations must be made in textual form.
