The NCP Neugart Calculation Program makes optimizing your drive train easy. We'll show you why. The starting point for this seminar is roughly as follows:

You have already completed a drive train design in NCP. Together with the planetary gearbox, the drive train you configured reliably performs its work in the plant. In principle. However, you now want to check if the original drive train really fits the current operating mode of your application.

To do this, you can import the trace file of the motor into NCP. You now have the ability to compare the original drive train design with the current data. Moreover, for optimization, you can create the cycle with suitable dynamics profiles containing polynomials or sinoids. To round things off, we will show you how you can choose a motor in NCP yourself and use it when designing the drive train in NCP.
