Donation for the aid organization "Engineers Without Borders"

Getting valuable feedback - and doing good at the same time: Under this motto, Neugart rewarded every personalized participation in the current customer satisfaction survey with a donation for a good cause. Thus, it was once again possible to support the work of the aid organization  "Engineers Without Borders e. V." with an amount of €2,500.

Specifically, the money is going to a project in the northwest African island nation of Cape Verde: There, more precisely in the mountain village of Chã das Furnas, infrastructure for basic sanitation and water supply is currently being built. This, along with an improvement in local educational opportunities, should bring about a long-term improvement in the living conditions of the inhabitants and minimize the rural exodus.

"Engineers Without Borders", based in Berlin, implements practical and professional solutions in the areas of water, electricity and sanitation in joint projects with local partners at schools and in rural communities worldwide. In addition, the organization makes it easier for people with refugee experiences and a migration background to enter the German labor market by offering specialized language courses and technical workshops.
