You can't see the technical specifications for your gearbox? Your smartphone or tablet has a different opinion: Simply scan the data matrix code on your gearbox's nameplate and relevant digital product information will be displayed for exactly that gearbox. And access to our after sales services is also immediate. If you do not have the gearbox, access is possible via the web portal here. You don't have a smart device with camera at hand right now? No problem, just enter the series and serial number and you will have the same options.

Scan the data matrix, get all relevant data

You will find the data matrix code (DMC) on the nameplate of your Neugart gearbox. You can simply scan it and then use the Online Service directly. You now have access to after sale services and you can get all the relevant data for your gearbox.
