PSBN055: economical and efficient
The PSBN055 with output shaft is economical and efficient: smooth-running deep groove ball bearings give the model a high efficiency of 98 percent at full load and enable quiet, homogeneous running at high torques and input speeds of up to 5,000 min-1.
PSN055: for high radial and axial forces
The PSN055 with output shaft (optionally smooth or with feather key) and square type output flange offers a particularly long centering collar on the output and can absorb high radial and axial forces thanks to its efficient output bearing.
PSFN055: with extra-large flange
The PSFN055 with flange output shaft and extra-large, round flange is equipped with preloaded angular contact roller bearings. This makes the (1-stage) gearbox, which is only 66 mm long, particularly resistant to torsion: it can absorb radial forces of up to 1,600 N and axial forces of up to 3,550 N.
The compact precision gearboxes PSBN055, PSN055 and PSFN055 complete Neugart's range of compact gearboxes in smaller frame sizes up to 055. They are available from batch size 1 and are also integrated in the Neugart software tools Neugart Calculation Program (NCP) and Tec Data Finder (TDF).
