New planetary gearboxes with factory-fitted-pinion

Planetary gearboxes with a pre-mounted pinion are the optimal solution for rack and pinion drives. Neugart is expanding its pinions product range with a particularly economical model with the option of a mounted pinion. The range now includes 59 different pinions for ten gearbox series.

Neugart launches the PLPE economy planetary gearbox with factory-fitted pinion as a particularly economical alternative. Thanks to Neugart's economy gearing technology, the PLPE offers high performance at the price of an economy gearbox. The reinforced deep groove ball bearings mounted on the output side are designed to withstand higher radial and axial forces than the PLE gearbox. The PLPE can be mounted on almost all common servo motors in just a few simple steps thanks to the large number of different motor adapters. Its compact external dimensions allow it to be used even where space is limited. The PLPE with pinion is available in four frame sizes: 070, 090, 120 and 155.

The range extension concerns the PK1 pinion series. These pinions are mounted on the splined output shaft of the gearbox. The gearing according to DIN 5480 ensures the necessary connection reliability.
