Two donations for urgent aid

In war, everyone always loses - but definitely the people. Fast and unbureaucratic humanitarian aid may not be able to stop the war, but it can at least provide people on the ground with essential supplies for survival.

The shareholders of Neugart have decided that Neugart will participate in two Ukraine relief campaigns: the "Aktion Deutschland Hilft - Nothilfe Ukraine" and a support campaign of the Ortenau Economic Region (WRO).

The alliance "Aktion Deutschland Hilft" consists of more than 20 aid organizations that are networked with local partner organizations in Ukraine and neighboring countries and cooperate with the local authorities. The support ranges from relief deliveries of medical material to transport of food, clothing and other goods for assistance during evacuations.

The Ortenau Economic Region (WRO) quickly organized a fundraising campaign to provide relief supplies and put together a convoy to transport them to the Polish-Ukrainian border. Since most of the goods had to be acquired at short notice from donations, particularly fast action was necessary here.
