The system is based on Neugart-specific expertise and is designed to assist customers and partners with common questions surrounding gearbox selection and technical data.

The name “Karl” references company founder Karl Neugart and reflects the connection between long-standing engineering expertise and modern digital services.

A key feature of the new service is its global accessibility. Karl is available around the clock and communicates in the user’s preferred language, enabling customers worldwide to access information independently of office hours or time zones.
