Neugart with three trade fair innovations at the SPS

Neugart has 3 novelties in its program for this year's SPS (14. - 16.11.2023, Nuremberg Fair): the NDF for delta robot drives and new, smaller sizes for the economy series PLQE and PLFE - We are looking forward to your visit at booth 280 in hall 4!

One topic at the SPS: gearboxes in Delta robots. These must meet the highest demands, especially in terms of inertia and rigidity, in order to ensure the necessary precision even at full speed. The Neugart NDF gearbox responds to these special requirements with numerous technical details: For example, the gearbox enables extremely fast changes of direction thanks to a mass-inertia-reduced clamping system in the input stage, which improves the dynamics and thus the cycle time of the robot.

Also in focus: the trend towards ever smaller, lighter servo drives in the semiconductor and electronics industries, medical technology and packaging machines. The newly developed PLQE040 and PLFE055 therefore extend the proven economy series PLQE and PLFE by smaller sizes and thus round off the corresponding portfolio downwards. Both are based on Neugart's economy gearing technology with spur gearing, which has proven itself millions of times over.

Last but not least: The performance of the Neugart Calculation Program (NCP) configuration tool, which reliably leads to the most cost- and energy-efficient gearbox-motor combination, is even higher than before in the current NCP 4.3 version thanks to improved multi-core use of the processor.
