Planetary gearboxes with mounted pinion

Optimum technical coordination between the pinion and the gearbox is guaranteed by the inline and right-angle planetary gearboxes which have been specially developed for such rack and pinion applications by Neugart, in combination with pinions which have been manufactured in-house.

The pinions are mounted to the gearbox for quick installation in the application.

Outstanding dynamics

The gearboxes with pinions can withstand feed force of up to
30,000 N and achieve a maximum feed speed of 650 m/min.

Suitable pinions are available for any gearbox size.

Good load-bearing capacity

The gearboxes have powerful tapered or inclined roller bearings in the output shaft bearing. These are extremely resilient, meaning that in spite of the radial and axial forces that occur, dynamic movement of even heavy weights is possible.

PK1 pinion

The PK1 pinion is mounted directly on the gearbox’s toothed output shaft. The precise design of the internal spline in accordance with DIN 5480 enables optimum power transmission and ensures a permanently high level of connection reliability, even in demanding applications.
