Optimized production and logistics processes are now resulting in even shorter delivery times at Neugart

Our claim is to provide a wide range of products within an extremely short time – from batch sizes of 2000 down to manufacturing in batches of 1. Neugart creates the prerequisite for this with optimized production and logistics processes.

A internal supply chain which consistently utilizes optimization potential using methods such as U-Shapes, tugger trains, SMED and Kanban guarantees the flexibility and efficiency required for extremely short production times at Neugart. Having sufficient manufacturing capacity is another success factor. Neugart is represented in important strategic locations throughout the world with three production sites, which reduces transport distances and time. We have also increased our production capacity by 30 percent in the last twelve months. Planning is currently in progress for an additional assembly plant over an area of 10,000 square meters at the German headquarters in Kippenheim.
